ASI Show Chicago is the first trade show at McCormick Place since the start of the pandemic and has more attendees than expected – CBS Chicago

Chicago Auto Show Marking a return to a major event at McCormick Place, but with its bread and butter, Small sample Reserved throughout the year.

The first trade fair held at McCormick Place on Tuesday since the pandemic began was hosted by the Advertising Specialty Institute. And it was a better attendance than the host had ever expected.

Marisa Avedra of CBS2 took us inside ASI Show Chicago On Wednesday night.

“I’m very surprised-very, very surprised,” said Rich Carrollo. Four months ago, Carrollo didn’t think it could get mixed up on the convention room floor at this point. He was thrilled that it proved wrong.
