Commercial Kitchen reveals speaker line up for 2021 comeback show

As part of the programme, Catering Insight and sister title Foodservice Equipment Journal editors, Clare Nicholls and Andrew Seymour, will be hosting a special live edition of their Market Talk chat show at the event.

The session will see them welcome C&C Catering Equipment MD Peter Kitchin and Hatherley Commercial Services’ MD Kirstin Hatherley to discuss how to create Britain’s best professional kitchens.

Nicholls commented: “I’m so excited to bring Market Talk to Commercial Kitchen as a face-to-face session. Andrew and I have been running the discussions virtually for a year now, so it will be so refreshing to speak to everyone in person and be able to interact with an informed, trade audience.
