Convention Centers That are Open 2021

Many convention centers have had to close their doors to groups or impose major restrictions on gatherings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, but some of the country’s largest facilities have been working behind the scenes and proving themselves to be remarkably flexible. They are rolling out new health and safety protocols, using the downtime to make major building upgrades or even offering their facilities for use as vaccine distribution sites, Covid testing centers or alternate care facilities.

The latest news: on Feb. 18, TCF Center reopened its doors to events for the first time since March 2020.
