As vaccinations drive down COVID-19 rates, the convention industry is starting to return to Indianapolis. The Sweets & Snacks Expo, a major candy tradeshow, kicked off the return of the industry. The city will see a number of popular shows return this year.

While attendance may be lower than in previous years, the trade show and events industry is expected to scale up to its pre-pandemic levels by next year.
